Ingredients
We only have freshly prepared ingredients in our tasty Pastries. All of our cooks work to prep expert specifications and we freshly prepare on a daily basis. Fresh Only!!
Traditionally in some of our Pastries is, saturated fats like butter and lard. These are replaced by olive oil. which is healthier although more difficult to work with. Used mostly in out vegan,vegetarian food products. Always in our Pizzas. Just look out for the healthy option in the drop down when you find the food that you love.
Pastry options
Traditional Pastry is what people have loved for more than 40 years from our personal experiance. We can offer a healthy option where instead of butter we replace it with olive oils. Our pizzas are all olive oil based and baked to perfection. We have our own secret recipies which are healthy and tastier than some traditional recipies that we know and love today. Food made with love.
