We can assure all of our customers that Every care has been taken to provide all information required to protect our customers with allery issues. One of our chefs has various allergies, We know on a personal level how worrying this can be for consumers.

Nuts & Seeds for instance.

Although we prepare our pastries in a clean kitchen where no nuts are being used like in big factories, (Which might mean we are a safer option) There may be a 1% possibility that some of our ingredients although 99% fresh, may well have been preppared in a mill where nuts might have been in contact. This however is highly unlikely. Be rest assured that we do not use nuts or seeds in the same place where our products are preppared. On occassions where vegan foods or pastry is dusted with seeds this will be done when only preparing those products. Then a full clean down is assured now to you there is not any residues left around to get into other pastry products. The seeded products are not stored in the same fridges or freezers as non seeded pastries.
