You can bake and make bread in a stove top cooking pot.


A healthy way to cook without oiling a tray or flouring it first is by doing this.

Rules!!

The pot is better on the larger side for this cooking method.

As long as it has a well fitted lid. You can block up the whole in the lid. I usually squash a bit of fresh garlic into mine and this way is easy to remove when cleaning after wards.

No oil or flour is used.

Only a very hot dry pot is required. Rising works well when used with skills. Trial and error will eventually bring perfection. This is an absolute must try cooking tip and is successful for us.

You can make amazing flat bread,chapatti,pitta bread and so many more this way and its a healthy way to bake.
