Make your own cheese

this is a very simple way to make cheese but requires alot of physical activity. if you dont like running food through materials then you can squeeze it out yourself. but it does require strength and perserverance.
take your average 4 pinter of full cream cows milk and in a clean pan bring it slowly to the boil but be ware if you do this to fast it will burn at the bottom. so watch over the heating prescess and use a suitable wooden spoon the keep slowly running it over the bottom of your pan.
When its boiling i usually give it another 5-10 mins its up to you..
add the juice of a fresh leamon and let it sit for 5 mins.
Simply strain of the whey from the curds as the curds will be your cheese.
its mild and can be shaped for slicing. ideal for pizza.
or you can stir it straight away and have it as your cottage cheese.
